Southern Comfort/Jack Daniels Mojito
With fresh mint and sugar in the raw
1 oz. Jack Daniels
1 oz. Southern Comfort
2 oz. 7up
3 oz. Soda
3 slices of orange
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 large mint leaf
Garnish with a mint leaf
In a tall glass muddle the orange, mint and sugar together until a simple syrup is formed. Add ice and alcohol, top with soda and 7 Up. Serve with a sturdy straw. Take mint leaf and place in the palm of your hand.
TIP: Press and rub once in a smooth motion with your other thumb. Place on top of the drink. The heat and small amount of friction will release the menthol and add greater aroma to the cocktail.

Shaved Peach
1 ½ oz. Absolut Apeach
4 oz. Golden Star Sparkling Jasmine Tea
Garnish with a cinnamon stick
Pour contents over ice in a rocks glass. Place garnish so that a portion of the stick remains dry.

Espresso Martini
1 oz. Vodka
½ oz. Amaretto
¾ oz. Crème de Cacao
1 shot espresso.
Add ingredients except espresso in a shaker half full of ice. Shake until chilled. Add espresso and strain immediately into a martini glass

Mystery Cocktail
1 oz. Frangelico
1 oz. Courvoisier Exlcusif
3 oz. Half and Half crème
Build cocktail in the order listed over rocks. Serve with 6 Candied Pistachios.
